Anointing of the Sick

The Catholic Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, formerly known as Last Rites or Extreme Unction, is a ritual of healing appropriate not only for physical but also for mental and spiritual sickness.

Please notify the office of any parishioner in the hospital or nursing home; or who wishes to receive the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick or be placed on the Communion Call List. Our emergency number is 260-726-7055 and select option 3.
